Settlement of disputes in business investment activities Disputes related to business investment activities in Vietnam are resolved through negotiation and conciliation. In case of failure to negotiate or mediate, the dispute shall be resolved at arbitration or a court. Disputes between domestic investors, foreign-invested economic organizations, or between domestic investors, foreign-invested economic organizations, and competent state agencies in relation to operations. Business investment activities in the Vietnamese territory shall be settled through Vietnamese arbitration or Vietnamese courts.
