Investment project subject to investment policy decision
Authority to decide investment policy of the National Assembly Except for projects whose investment policy is decided by the National Assembly in accordance with the law on public investment, the National Assembly shall decide on investment policies for the following investment projects: 1. Projects that have a major impact on the environment or have the potential to seriously affect the environment, including: (a) nuclear power plants; b) Change of land use purpose of national parks, nature reserves, landscape protection areas, scientific research, or experimental forests of at least 50 hectares; headwater protection forests of 50 ha or more; protective forests for wind, sand, wave, sea encroachment or environmental protection at 500 ha or more; production forests of 1,000 ha or more; 2.
